Pets are never to be alone in rooms. Owner is responsible for cleaning up after pet, additional cleaning or damages caused by pet.

PAYMENT: The 1st nights stay must be received to confirm your reservation of any guest room.
For multiple nights stay, 50% of total must be received to confirm your reservation, with the balance due within 30 days of arrival.

CANCELLATION: Full refund of deposit if cancelled prior to 30 days of arrival.
50% refund of total payment if cancelled prior to 14 days of arrival.
Cancel within 14 days of arrival - no refunds issued.
Dates can be changed at anytime in lieu of cancellation.
If a guest arrives and decides to leave early, the nights not spent are not refunded.
