Rustic River-Rental Agreement - Check in: After 3:00 PM. There are no early check ins available. After arriving at Rustic River Cabins, you may proceed to the cabin # on your reservation. The key will be in the front door.
- Check out: 10:00 AM.
- A credit card is required to make a reservation.
- At time of reservation a one night NONREFUNDABLE deposit is required. See cancelation policy.
- Towels:We provide you with one set of towels for each guest. If you want replacement towels during your stay, it is $5.00 cash per set. Please bring towels to laundry room with your money to receive new ones. If you are staying longer than four days, we will provide you with one additional set, per guest, free.
- Guests are responsible for payment of all nights reserved regardless of actual arrival or departure date.
- One Night Stays: One night stays are non-refundable.
- Pets: We accept well behaved pets. Your pet must be on a leash at all times while visiting our property. You may never leave your dog unattended outside. Pet waste is your responsibility. Fee: A one time charge of $35.00 per pet
- Please note: Each of the cabins have a maximum number of people allotted. It is critical that the correct number of people staying in that cabin does not exceed that number. If you arrive with more than what you have listed in your reservation, we have the right to not honor your reservation. The county has a health code that prohibits us from exceeding the maximum number of people for each cabin. This is for your safety.
- Quiet Time: Quiet time is from 9:00PM until 8:30AM.
- Unauthorized Guests: For safety and guest comfort, only paying guests are to be on the property. No unauthorized visitors are allowed at Rustic River Cabins without the knowledge and consent of the management.
- Linens and Towels: We provide you with enough towels and linens for at least a 4 night stay.
- Hot Tub Use: Children under the age of 16 may not use a Hot Tub without an Adult present. No glass of any kind may be in or near a Hot Tub. Any use or abuse that necessitates the draining and refill of a Hot Tub will be charged $200.00 to the card holder on file.
- Guest Responsibilities Before Check Out: All dishes must be washed and put away, trash gathered and put into the dumpster and cabin left in the condition found except for bedding and towels. You will be charged a minimum of $50.00 if not done.
- What you need to bring or buy: We provide starter toilet paper, paper towels, coffee and soap for your convenience, Cabins are not provided with daily housekeeping or restocking of these items. You will need charcoal, lighter fluid, aluminum foil and any food or condiments you prefer.
