THE INN AT MANZANITA POLICIES:The Innkeepers do not live on the property. The office business hours are from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM. For late check-in ( 5:00 PM and Later), please make arrangements with the staff to secure your room keys in a lock box located on the property.
Late check-ins must be pre-arranged with staff by 3 PM on the day of arrival. If you have not pre-arranged your late check-in with the innkeeper and arrive after 5pm, we will make every effort to assist you with your check in, however we cannot guarantee access to your room.
We apologize that we can also not grant any refunds under these circumstances as well. Please make sure to pre-arrange your late check in with the staff!
2 day reservations are required in High Season (July 1-September 30 *subject to availability) You need to call to arrange a one night stay.
3 day minimum stay is required on Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day & Thanksgiving.
Check-in time is as early as 2 PM.
Check-out is by 11 AM.
Cash, debit cards, VISA/MasterCard, Discovery & American Express welcome. We do not accept checks.
Room rates are based on double occupancy except Penthouse.
Damage to room or excessive cleaning may result in additional charges.
The Inn is a completely SMOKE FREE establishment. If a room smells of cigarettes or marijuana your card will be charged a $150.00 cleaning fee after check out.
No cooking in rooms except Laneda, Cottage and Penthouse.
No BBQing on balconies or grounds.
In-room spa tub hours 8 a.m. - 10 p.m.
No oils, salts or bubble bath liquids, etc. in tubs please.
Items left in room by guest will be returned via US Mail at guest request. Guest will be charged $10.00 postage and handling, more if larger parcel (actual postage + $5.00 fee) on their credit card for returned items.
All items left after 30 days will be donated.
Our apologies: we do not currently have wheelchair access to our rooms.
The Inn is not responsible for noises created by construction, dogs, or traffic.
Pet free rooms available.
Please do not illegally download movies, music, etc. You will be jeopardizing our ability to provide internet service to our guests. Thank you!
CANCELLATION POLICY:7 days or less are considered short notice cancellations. This will result in a one-night room charge for a one night reservation, or 50% of your total stay for two nights or more.
PET POLICY:The Inn at Manzanita welcomes your well behaved and non-aggressive pets. The Explorer, Woodsman, Starseeker, Westerner and Penthouse Suite are pet free rooms. All of our other rooms are pet friendly. We ask that you do not leave pets unattended in the room or automobile. We limit pets to 2 per room. Always accompany your pet and have it on a leash when outside. Pets are not allowed in the Garden Areas, with exception of authorized service animals. Please use trash receptacles on the public beach for pet waste. There is a 15.00 per pet and per night cleaning fee. Guests are responsible for any damage to the rooms. Your credit card will be charged after check out for cost of repairs or carpet cleaning; an invoice will be provided and mailed to you.
