We are quite small, with only 11 rooms in total. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. We appreciate as much notice as possible when your plans change.

There is a standard 48-hour pre-arrival cancellation policy. If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly at 503-368-5858. Changes or cancellations made after the cancellation date could be subject to a penalty.
All no-shows will be charged for the full length of their stay plus tax.

Reservations for near exclusive or entire use of the property require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are responsible for the full amount of the reservation unless the property is rebooked. If any nights are rebooked, the amount recovered will be refunded.
