Cancellations:

 We are quite small, with only 11 rooms in total. Because of our size, cancellations affect us significantly. We appreciate as much notice as possible when your plans change.

There is a standard 48-hour prior-to-arrival cancellation policy.
If you need to change or cancel your reservation, please call the hotel directly at 503-368-5858. Changes or cancellations made after the cancellation date are subject to a penalty.

All no-shows will be charged for the full length of their stay plus tax.

In the unlikely event that you must shorten your stay or check out early, you are responsible for the balance of your entire stay unless we can re-book the room.

Reservations of four nights or more require a 50% non-refundable deposit. 

Reservations for near exclusive or entire use of the property require a 50% non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. Cancellations made within 30 days of arrival are subject to the full reservation amount unless the property is rebooked.
