Guest Agreement
Sapinero Village Inc. (“Sapinero”) does hereby agree to allow the Guest(s) identified below to remain as Guest(s) on the property for a temporary period of time provided the Guest(s) adhere to the policies of Sapinero during their stay. The details of the Guest(s)’ stay, and the requirements of the Guest(s) are outlined in this Agreement. No verbal commitments will supersede nor amend this Agreement. Sapinero reserves the right to amend policies as needed. Each adult Guest is required to provide a photo ID upon execution of this agreement.

GENERAL PROVISIONS FOR USE OF THE PROPERTY
INITIALS
_____ _____ _____ 1. ) NO other person(s), other than the authorized registered Guest(s) named above and signed below, shall occupy the space offered to Guest(s). These authorized registered Guest(s) must each be individually listed on this Agreement. Occasional DAY HOURS ONLY visits by other person(s) (“visitors”) are permitted. Authorized Guest(s) are liable and responsible for their visitors. Sapinero staff can ask any unauthorized person(s) to leave the premises at any time for any reason.
_____ _____ _____ 2.) If Guest(s) damage, destroy or remove any part of the property, he or she will be fully liable for the same.
_____ _____ _____ 3.) Guest(s) shall not create a nuisance by endangering, harassing, disturbing, inconveniencing, or interfering with the quiet enjoyment and peace of any other guest on the property. This includes loud playing of television or music, shouting or other types of excessive noise. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am daily. If such a situation occurs and a warning by Sapinero staff is ignored, Guest(s) will be required to immediately move from the premises.
_____ _____ _____ 4.) Guest(s) acknowledge that the property cannot be used for any unlawful purpose, including the use, possession, or sale of illegal drugs or controlled substances. If Guest(s) or visitors engage in any unlawful activity, he or she will be required to immediately move from the property.
_____ _____ _____ 5.) Guest(s) acknowledge that Sapinero has the right to randomly inspect all portions of their property at any time. Staff will announce themselves before entering the unit or campsite and, if necessary, will allow 30 minutes before conducting any cleaning or inspection. Loft, cabins, and campers will be cleaned between Guests. Cleaning supplies are provided for guests to maintain units as needed during stay. When vacating units please wash all dishes and leave them in drying rack, leave all used linens and towels on bed and take all trash to community dumpster located near community lodge. Linens (if applicable) excessively soiled or damaged will be charged to the Guest(s). If staff finds the room excessively dirty, a minimum $75.00 fee, or more if necessary, will be charged for the extra cleaning. RV pads and campsites should be left in clean condition with trash removed to community dumpster. No dumping of grey or black water onto ground is permitted.
_____ _____ _____ 6.) Guest(s) acknowledge and agree not to dispose of any diapers, plastic, feminine napkins, grease, oil, bleach, earth, or other similar substance down or in drains and pipes. Any trash or other waste must be taken and placed in trash containers. Unclogging any plumbing on the property shall be charged to the Guest(s).
_____ _____ _____ 7.) Guest(s) acknowledge that payment in full is due simultaneous with execution of this Agreement. In the event Guest(s) desires to remain on the property for additional days, Guest(s) shall notify Sapinero and tender the appropriate payment based on the standard weekly/daily/yearly rate.
_____ _____ _____ 8.) Guest(s) acknowledge that if the unit or campsite is occupied by more than one authorized Guest, all persons are jointly responsible for any and all payments required herein.
_____ _____ _____ 9.) Guest(s) acknowledge that NO smoking of any substance by any method is allowed inside any building or unit. Smoking of any tobacco product outside is allowed only in designated smoking areas listed below. All butts/cherries must be properly disposed of due to high fire danger in our area. Use of Marijuana is permitted inside of guests personally owned vehicle/camper only.
Smoking areas: Around community fire pits on lower level and level one, inside the boundaries of the camping spot assigned to Guest(s).
_____ _____ _____ 10.) Guest(s) hereby represent and warrant to Sapinero that they will not use the property (or any portion thereof) as their permanent mailing address or their place of business or residence. No business transactions can be conducted by the Guest(s) on the property. Working over the internet, on a computer, or via telephone to conduct ones job/business that exists off the property is exempt.
____ _____ _____ 11.) Guest(s) acknowledge that they are not allowed to store excessive amounts of personal belongings that would be deemed unreasonable, at the sole discretion of Sapinero staff.
_____ _____ _____ 12.) Guest(s) acknowledge that each pad site/campsite can contain 1 RV/camper unit or 2 tents, 1 trailer with recreational vehicle(s) and personal vehicles that fit inside boundary of site. Additional storage sites can be rented. Please talk to Sapinero staff about rates and availability.
_____ _____ _____ 13.) Guest(s) acknowledge that the property is not a rental property. Guest(s) acknowledge that they are not entering into a landlord/tenant agreement.
_____ _____ _____ 14.) Guest(s) acknowledge that they are required to keep their unit or campsite in good repair. Guest(s) shall immediately report any needed repairs or malfunctions to staff, who will schedule repairs. Repairs made to any part of the property occasioned by the negligence or intentional destruction of Guest(s) will be charged to Guest(s).
_____ _____ _____ 15.) Guest(s) acknowledge the speed limit is 5 MPH around the campground, this includes UTVs, ATV, and motorcycles/dirt bikes. The use of OHVs is permitted to travel around campground in a reasonable manor only.
_____ _____ _____ 16.) Guest(s) acknowledge that the use of any and all campground amenities is done at their sole discretion and agree to hold Sapinero Village Inc. and its clients harmless for any personal injury or personal property damage. Registered guests are responsible for there personal guests safety and agree to inform them of all campground rules upon entering campground.
_____ _____ _____ 17.) Guest(s) acknowledge that Pets are permitted but must be kept under control and are not allowed to run loose. Guest is responsible for cleaning up after their pets. Guests will be held personally liable for any property damage or personal injury caused by their pets.
_____ _____ _____ 18.) Guest(s) acknowledge that for the safety of all guests and staff that no shooting will take place on or around the campground.
_____ _____ _____ 19.) Guest(s) acknowledge that personal generators must be run when A/C units are in use.
_____ _____ _____ 20.) Guest(s) acknowledge that shower house is for all guests and will be left in a clean manor for the next guests use. If any issues are found guests need to notify staff immediately.
_____ _____ _____ 21.) Guest(s) acknowledge that there is no cleaning of fish on the campground. Cleaning stations can be found at both marinas.
_____ _____ _____ 22.) Guest(s) acknowledge that wood fires are permitted in designated community fire pits only. Campers are permitted to use Propane fueled fire pits at their designated campsites.
_____ _____ _____ 23.) Guest(s) acknowledge Community Lodge and game room availability and schedule will be posted on the Sapinero village website, www.sapinerovillage.com and on the Community Lodge building. Daily access can be granted to long term guests for an additional fee. Please talk to staff for details.
_____ _____ 24.) Guest(s) are liable for Sapinero’s reasonable attorney fees and costs in the event of any dispute or in the enforcement of this Agreement.
_____ _____ _____ 25.) Guest(s) acknowledge that this Agreement sets forth the entire Agreement between the parties and supersedes and replaces any other or prior Agreements, whether verbal or written, and is binding upon the parties. This Agreement shall not be modified or changed, except by subsequent written agreement signed by both parties.
_____ _____ _____ 26.) Should this Agreement be terminated for violating any of the above terms and conditions herein, any prepaid charges will be forfeited.
_____ _____ _____ 27.) By initializing the above items and signing below, the undersigned authorized individual(s) hereby certify that they have read and understand the above items.
