Ski Inn Booking & Cancellation Policy
By completing a reservation with Ski Inn, you agree to the following booking, payment, and cancellation terms.
Booking and Payment
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to confirm your reservation.
The remaining 50% balance is due 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date and will be charged to the card on file.
Reservations made within 14 days of arrival require payment in full at the time of booking and are non-refundable.
Guests are responsible for providing a valid payment method. If the remaining balance cannot be processed when due, Ski Inn may contact the guest to request updated payment information. Failure to provide valid payment may result in cancellation of the reservation.
Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before Arrival
If you cancel more than 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, your initial 50% deposit will be forfeited and is non-refundable.
You will not be charged the remaining 50% balance and will have no further financial obligation for the reservation.
Cancellations Within 14 Days of Arrival
Once the reservation reaches the 14-day cancellation window, the remaining balance becomes due and the reservation becomes fully non-refundable.
If you cancel within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued for either the initial 50% deposit or the remaining balance.
No-Shows and Early Departures
Guests who do not arrive for their reservation will not receive a refund.
Guests who arrive late or choose to depart before their scheduled departure date will remain responsible for the full reservation amount. No refunds will be issued for unused nights.
Reservation Changes
Requests to change reservation dates, room types, or other reservation details are subject to availability and approval by Ski Inn.
Changing a reservation does not automatically make a non-refundable payment refundable or waive the cancellation policy.
If the new reservation has a higher rate, the guest is responsible for the difference.
Weather and Travel Disruptions
Ski Inn is not responsible for missed stays or cancellations resulting from weather, road conditions, airline delays or cancellations, transportation issues, personal emergencies, or other circumstances outside of Ski Inn's control.
Guests who are concerned about unexpected travel disruptions are encouraged to purchase travel insurance.
Rates, Taxes, and Fees
Guests are responsible for all applicable room rates, taxes, and disclosed fees associated with their reservation.
Rates may vary based on season, room type, occupancy, availability, and demand. The rate confirmed at the time of booking will apply to that reservation unless the reservation is later modified.
Policy Exceptions
Any exception to this policy is made solely at the discretion of Ski Inn management. An exception made for one reservation does not create an obligation to make the same exception for future reservations.
By completing your reservation, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and accepted Ski Inn's Booking & Cancellation Policy.
