Rental Agreement
As a guest of Country Hermitage Bed & Breakfast we ask that you please review and agree to the following policies:
-A Rental Deposit of one night will be applied to the credit card on file at time of booking. Deposit is Non-Refundable. ~please see Cancellation Policies for further details.
-Check-In times are between 3pm and 6pm, check-ins outside of these times must be pre-arranged with Innkeepers and are subject to a $25 per hour fee.
-Upon Check-In guests will be asked to fill out and sign a "Guest Registration"
-Check-out time is 11:00am. Late check outs can be charged up to one full night at Innkeeper's discretion.
-Payment is due at check-in.
-All rates and add-on items are subject to Michigan Sales Tax ~ Rates are subject to change without notice
-Holidays are subject to Peak Season rates ~ Guests must be 21 to register
-The card holder on file is responsible for all reservation costs and any damages to household items, furnishings or Country Hermitage property.
-Country Hermitage Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children or pets.
-Smoking is not allowed inside of the house. A $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if found to have smoked inside of the house.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations that occur 48 hours prior to arrival date will be charged for the entire cost of the booking including applicable taxes.
Package Items and Add-ons are non-refundable and will be charged to the credit card on file at time of booking.
Rental Deposit is Non-Refundable.
