As a guest of Country Hermitage Bed & Breakfast we ask that you please review and agree to the following policies:

-A Rental Deposit of one night will be applied to the credit card on file at time of booking. ~please see Cancellation Policies for further details~
-Check-In times are between 3pm and 6pm, check-ins outside of these times must be pre-arranged with Innkeepers and are subject to a $25 per hour fee.
-Upon Check-In guests will be asked to fill out and sign a "Guest Registration"
-Check-out time is 11:00am. Late check outs can be charged up to one full night at Innkeeper's discretion.
-Payment is due at check-in.
-All rates and add-on items are subject to Michigan Sales Tax ~ Rates are subject to change without notice
-Holidays are subject to Peak Season rates ~ Guests must be 21 to register
-The card holder on file is responsible for all reservation costs and any damages to household items, furnishings and Country Hermitage property.

-Country Hermitage Bed and Breakfast is not suitable for children or pets.
-Smoking is not allowed inside of the house. A $350.00 cleaning fee will be charged to the credit card on file if found to have smoked inside of the house.

Cancellation Policy

~A Deposit in the amount of one room night will be applied to the credit card on file at booking.

~Reservations that are canceled up to 30 days prior to arrival date will be refunded for 50% of rental deposit.
~ Cancellations within 30 days of arrival will be charged for the full reservation including applicable taxes.

~ ONE NIGHT RENTALS WILL BE CHARGED FULL RENTAL AMOUNT AT TIME OF BOOKING. ONE NIGHT BOOKINGS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE.

Refunds can be given at the innkeeper’s discretion.
