CANCELLATION POLICY

Because your accommodations are reserved exclusively for you from the time of booking, we kindly ask you to review our cancellation guidelines below: 

Cancellations 7 days or less before arrival date will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Federal holidays (3-night minimum) and the Fall season (10/1-11/15), cancellations 14 days or less before arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

All cancellations made 8-21 days before arrival date will incur a $25 service charge.

No-shows, or failure to notify us of a cancellation, are charged 100% of the reservation total with no credit option.

All cancellations must be made via phone or text; 540-860-8470.

Early Departure: If you need to cut your stay short, after meeting the required minimum of 2 nights (or 3 nights for holidays), a 75% credit will be applied to the remaining nights of your reservation. This credit must be used within 8 months.
