Cancellation Policy
As your accommodations are reserved exclusively for you from the moment you book, we have the following cancellation guidelines:

Cancellations made less than 21 days prior to arrival will incur a $25 service fee per reserved room.

Cancellations within 7 days of arrival will be charged 100% of the reservation total with the following credit and time frame offered below.

*Cancellations received 4–7 days before arrival are eligible for a 75% credit of the nightly rate, which can be applied toward a future stay within 6 months of the cancellation date.
*Cancellations received 1–3 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% credit of the nightly rate, also valid for a future stay within 6 months.

During holiday periods and the fall season, cancellations made less than 14 days before arrival will also be charged the full reservation amount with the following credit & time frame offered below.

*Cancellations received 7–14 days before arrival are eligible for a 75% credit of the nightly rate, which can be applied toward a future stay within 6 months of the cancellation date.
*Cancellations received 1–6 days before arrival are eligible for a 50% credit of the nightly rate, also valid for a future stay within 6 months.

No-shows, or failure to notify us of a cancellation, will be charged 100% of the reservation total.

Cancellation Methods
All cancellations must be made via phone or text.

Winter Weather Policy
During the winter months, should inclement weather create unsafe road conditions, you are welcome and encouraged to reschedule your reservation.

Early Departure Policy
If you need to cut your stay short, after meeting the required minimum of 2 nights (or 3 nights for holidays), an 75% credit will be applied to the remaining nights of your reservation. This credit must be used within 8 months.
