Rental Agreement
Payment of deposits by guest or guest's agent constitutes acceptance and confirmation by the guest and guest's agent of the deposit and cancellation and use policies, restrictions, and additional information given in this Rental Agreement. If a credit card is used by guest or guest's agent for advance deposits or payments, guests and guest's agent hereby agree to have the advance deposits and payments listed in the guest's confirmation charged to the credit card, and further agree that said amounts shall be subject to the deposit and cancellation policies given in this Rental Agreement. Any changes in the deposit and cancellation and use policies are effective only if executed in writing by an officer or the General Manager of A Western Rose Motel.
Guest is responsible for payment of all nights confirmed, regardless of guest's late arrival or early departure date. Guest further agrees that there are no warranties or guarantees on weather conditions. Cancellations by guest or guest's agent must have a cancellation number to be valid.
If all Deposit or Balance Due payments are not received by the due dates given on this Confirmation, this reservation will be considered cancelled under the terms and conditions provided herein and are subject to the following deposit and cancellation policies.
The term "occupant" or "occupants" as used in this Rental Agreement includes the registered guest and all other persons who occupy the hotel room.
Rentee agrees to be responsible and liable for all charges, for any items removed from the guest room or any damage to the guest room caused by any member of my party.
NOTICE: A WESTERN ROSE MOTEL IS NOT responsible for any and all accidents or injuries to our guests during your stay here. We are also NOT responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or any property of any kind.
Check in can be made after 3pm, however, if you are in town early feel free to stop by and maybe we can get you in early! Check out Time is 10AM. Departures after 11:00 A.M. will be charged half of the daily rate and after 2:00 P.M. will be charged one full daily rent rate.
The office closes at 10PM. If you are going to arrive late make sure and call our office to make late arrival arrangements. Please keep in mind our quiet time starts at 10PM, noise is to be kept to a minimum.
We do accept pets. No pets are to be left unattended in your vehicle.
Any damage to the room caused by your pet will be billed to your credit card ($250).
This property is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
We will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for loss of any money or valuables.
ANY MISREPRESENTATION WILL RESULT IN THE CANCELLATION OF YOUR RESERVATION WITH NO REFUND.
Cancellation Policy
All cancellations will be assessed a $25 fee, per room, per night OR a percentage of your total stay depending on which 3rd party website you booked through.
In addition, failure to cancel reservations 24 hours prior to arrival (3 PM the day before, regardless of when the reservation was made) will result in one night's stay plus tax being charged to credit card, per each individual room booked in the entire reservation.
Reservations made within 24 hours of arrival are unable to be cancelled and no-shows will be charged the full balance of the booking.
