Booking Agreement
Deposit Policy: A valid credit card is needed to make/ guarantee a reservation. The reservation total is due upon checking-in.
Check-in Policy: Begins at 3:00 PM
Check-out Policy: Ends at 11:00 AM
Continental Breakfast is in the Lobby from between 6:30 AM to 11 AM.
Pet Policy: Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins does not allow pets. Please make arrangements prior to arrival. Any violation of this policy will result in additional charge to the on-file credit card of $150.00.
Damage Policy: Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.
Smoking Policy: Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins is a non-smoking property. Any violation of this policy will result in the addition to your reservation of a $150.00 cleaning charge, and subsequent charge to your credit card.
Twin Pines Lodge & Cabins is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
Cancellation Policy
NO CHARGE If guest cancels their room booking via Telephone or email: twinpineslodge@dteworld.com up to 24 hrs in advance of the check-in time.
If Guest fails to cancel within 24 hrs of reservation check-in time, Guest's credit card will be charged for the FIRST NIGHT'S STAY. If Guest does not show up at all, and does not call or email, (AKA, No-show), Guest's credit card will be charged for the FULL AMOUNT of the ENTIRE RESERVATION.
