Rental Agreement
RENTAL AGREEMENT/RULES
1. Smoking is NOT allowed. Renter will be liable for all professional cleaning costs.
2. People other than those in the Guest party set forth above may not stay overnight in the property. Any other person in the property is the sole responsibility of Guest. Guests are not allowed to exceed the occupancy limit agreed to above.
3. Guests should not create excessive noise at a level that disturbs neighbors. Please keep noise at a minimal after 10pm and before 8am.
4. All of the properties are privately owned; the owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Homeowners are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premise.
5. Keep the property and all furnishings in good order.
6. Only use appliances for their intended uses
7. Pets are NOT allowed. Cause for immediate eviction and renter will be liable for all professional cleaning costs.
8. Parking: Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (1 large SUV or 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
9. Housekeeping: There is no daily housekeeping service. While linens and bath towels are included in the unit, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. We suggest you bring beach towels. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units.
10. Garbage: Any garbage must be stowed in the proper garbage or recycling receptacle, located in garage.
11. Fireplace: The fireplaces are direct-vented propane gas log. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
12. NO Firearms or Fireworks are permitted at any time.
13. Water and Sewer: The Condo is on a Village water & sewer. DO NOT FLUSH anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime. If it is found that feminine products have been flushed and clog the septic system, you could be charged damages.
14. Damage: Renter is responsible for missing or damaged items.
15. Lost & Found Policy: Owner is not responsible for any lost items but if you believe you may have left something behind, please contact us immediately. We will follow up with our cleaning providers.
16. Check In/Check Out: Check In is 4pm and Check Out is 10:00am. Entry Code to property will be shared with you 7 days prior to your stay. Very rarely are we able to make exceptions to these times because of the tight cleaning schedules, especially during Peak Season.
17. Departure: Please make sure the property is left as you found it. Our Cleaning Service will handle the general cleaning. Turn off lights, TV’s and Appliances. Please return the Heat/AC to setting upon arrival. Please close & lock all Doors & Windows. Please return window blinds and coverings to original position.
18. Any excess cleaning that is above and beyond regular cleaning will be charged to renter.
Cancelation Policy
100% refund of amount paid if canceled at least 60 days prior to check in.
50% refund of amount paid if canceled at least 30 days prior to check in.
No refund if cancelation is less than 30 days prior to check in.
*$100 non refundable booking charge.
