SISTER BAY BEACH CONDOS RENTAL AGREEMENT
Condo Rental Notes for your unit will be emailed 7 days before your stay. The rental notes will include the door key code for entry and other important details about what is provided and what to bring. Thank you!
No smoking allowed.
Overnight guests not to exceed the number listed on the reservation. The person listed on the reservation is responsible for all guests on the property.
Check in is 4pm. Check out is 10am.
Quiet hours are between 10 pm – 10 am. No parties or events are allowed.
Property owners are not responsible for any accidents, injuries or illness that occurs while on the premise. Property owners are not responsible for personal belongings of the guest. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests and any visitors are assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premise.
Please respect the property and all furnishings. Only use appliances for their intended use. Do not rearrange furniture. Guest is responsible for missing or damaged items. Any excess cleaning that is above and beyond regular cleaning will be charged to renter.
No pets are allowed at the beach front condos. A maximum of 2 pets, under 50lbs are allowed at the Shoreview condo on the bluff.
Parking is limited to 2 vehicles (1 large SUV or 2 smaller vehicles parked tandem). Vehicles are to be parked in designated parking areas only. Parking on the road is not permitted. Any illegally parked cars are subject to towing; applicable fines/towing fees are the sole responsibility of the vehicle owner.
We do not permit towels or linens to be taken outside of the unit. Please bring beach towels if required.
The fireplace is direct-vented propane gas log. Please do not throw any paper or other combustible materials in the fireplace.
Firearms and fireworks are not permitted at any time.
Do not flush anything other than toilet paper. No feminine products should be flushed at anytime.
Guest is responsible for following all instructions in the condo rental notes sent prior to their stay
CANCELATION POLICY
$200 non refundable booking charge.
If canceled at least 60 days prior to check in, you will be issued a refund of all payments made beyond the $200 booking charge.
If canceled at least 45 days prior to check in, you will be issued a 25% refund of all payments made beyond the $200 booking charge.
If canceled less than 45 days prior to check in, no refund will be issued.
Failure to adhere to any of the rules or agreements listed above could result in legal action and fines.
