Cancellation Policy Please review all information including house rules and regulations
-must cancel at least 48 hours, except special events such as Camaro, Memorial, Mustang, Volkswagen (VW), Antic Car, BBQ and Corvette Weekend must cancel least 5 Days prior to noon on your arrival date.
Cancelling after the stated period will result in a cancellation
penalty fee in the amount of your reservation including tax.
Persons reserving several rooms are responsible for full payment for all rooms in the event there is a no-show or late cancellation in their party.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY:
Two people in rooms with one bed and four people in rooms with two beds including children.
All guests must disclose true number of people in their party. Any false information will result in occupancy termination without refund. Additional Persons $5, age 6 and up.
Please be aware that due to our reservation system programming, you must enter any child over the age of six as an adult. We apologize for any confusion this may cause and appreciate your understanding.
The Rate for the Family Suite based on 6 people, included children.

UPON ARRIVAL:
Please check your unit, every effort is made to see that your unit is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report all discrepancies immediately to our office to insure that the problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible.
