We charge a $29 booking fee as well as a Security/Damage Deposit in the amount of $250/$500/$1000 (depending on property) at time of booking and $49.99 property protection package. Fees and taxes displayed here are approximate. Correct rates are on our website, www.vacationnewbraunfels.com and will be in your emails invoice.

The balance due for the remaining amount of your rental is due 2 weeks prior to arrival. You will receive a reminder email a few days prior to the due date.

If you cancel your reservation we will charge a 10% administrative fee if cancelled at least 14 days prior to your arrival date. Any cancellation made inside 21 days of your arrival date will result in forfeiture of all monies deposited.
