Check in/Check out: Check in is from 3pm to 9pm. For later arrivals, please call 902 657 2000. Check out is before 11am. Early check in or late check out requests must be arranged at the time of booking.
Room Number: We guarantee the same type of room you reserved, not the actual room number or location.
Basic Rates: are for up to two guests for a queen room or a room with two double beds. Basic Rate for the Junio Suite is up to four guests and for the Senior Suite up to six guests. Adjust reservation inquiry for each additional person/child and the system will add the charge automatically. Children up to 8 years stay for free.
Maximum Occupancy for a queen room: 3 people, the room has one queen bed and a pull out sofa on request
Maximum Occupancy for a room with 2 double beds: 4 people, the room has two double beds
Maximum Occupancy for the Junior Suite: 4 people, the room has a queen bed and two twin beds
Maximum Occupancy for the Senior Suite: 6 people, the room has a queen bed, two double beds and two twin beds
All guests must disclose true number of people in their party.
Arrival Date: Upon your arrival date, you are responsible for and will be charged the remaining balance if any, of all reserved nights and rooms.
Early Departure or Late Arrival: There are no refunds for an early departure or late arrival.
Pets: All pets are welcome, we charge a cleaning fee of $10 for each pet and night. Pets are not allowed on the beds or sofas. a cleaning fee of $30.00 is charged to guests who violate this policy.
Smoking: All rooms are Non-Smoking. Smoking in the room will result in an additional charge of $100.00 as a cleaning fee to the cardholder making the reservation.
Payment: We accept Cash, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express. We do not accept personal checks.
Damages or missing items: Any and all damages will be the responsibility of the cardholder. Missing items will be charged to the cardholder upon check-out.

Cancellation or modification (lowering the duration of the stay) is free of charge only if made 48 hours or more before the previously confirmed arrival date.
In the event of cancellation or modification (lowering the duration of the stay) less than 48 hours before booked arrival date, guests will be billed for the first two nights of your reservation. No refunds after check-in. No refunds will be honored for any reason including early departures, inclement weather, emergencies of any kind, road conditions, etc.
Example: For an arrival on Saturday the cancellation must be made latest by 11:59 PM on Wednesday.
For Bookings of more than 2 rooms, cost-free cancellation time will rise for the same amount of days as rooms are booked. Example: 3 rooms booked, cost-free cancellation will be 3 days prior to the confirmed arrival date.
More than 8 rooms reserved, minimum cancellation time will be always 10 days prior to the confirmed arrival date. |
