Rental Agreement Please read the following information very carefully!!! Here are just a few things you should know about your reservation. To make your stay as worry-free as possible Crystal Cove recommends travel insurance plan through Travel Guard. The plan protects your travel investment should you need to cancel your trip for covered reasons prior to departure or if other covered unforeseen circumstances arise during your trip. Coverage includes (but is not limited to) trip cancellation and interruption benefits, medical and evacuation benefits, 24-hour emergency travel assistance, travel delay, and baggage delay. Check in time is between 4:00-5:30 PM.
If you would like an early check in please call first before arriving. There will be a $35.00 early check in fee before 4 PM. If you arrive after 4 PM and had made arrangements for an early check in, you will still be charged a $35.00 fee. Early check ins can be available after 1 PM. You must make arrangements before arrival day. We will not be in the office before 4 pm If you will be arriving after 5:30PM, just make sure and let is know ahead of time.
If for some reason we cannot be in the office during the usual check in time, please call the phone number listed on the office door for self check in information. (We do try our best to be in the office during check ins. However we do have two children and things do come up that we cannot always be there to greet you in person. We hope you understand.)
Check out is 11AM. All of our cabins and cabin suites are NON-SMOKING, with no exceptions. If evidence of smoking is found in your cabin or suite, there will be a charge of $350.00 assessed to your credit card upon your departure. Also if we are unable to book your room due to damage, smoke fumes, etc..... you will be responsible for the cost of the damage and lost revenue, as well.
Reservations will be charged a non refundable 1 night deposit upon making a reservation.
All CANCELLATIONS made within one month of your reserved dates, will be charged 100% of your total stay. If you fail to show up, you will be charged 100% of your reservation. If you need to move a reservation you can, up to 1 month from your check in date. For this reason we ***STRONGLY ENCOURAGE TRAVEL INSURANCE*** Unfortunately, there will be no refunds for early departure. If there is inclement weather and you need to cancel your reservation, you will still be charged 100% of your stay. If you purchase Travel Insurance this may be covered!
We understand that things come up and your plans occasionally change. We will try to do everything in our power to rebook your reservation to keep your cancellation fees to a minimum. Please keep in mind we are a small resort, and a cancellation can put us in a financial strain.
When you reserve a room, we agree to turn away all other requests for that room and YOU AGREE TO PAY FOR THE RATE QUOTED AND THE NUMBER OF DAYS YOU HAVE RESERVED IT.
I am sorry we have a no pet policy. Fireplaces are seasonal and will be turned off from May 1st - October 1st

Cancellation Policy Please read the following information very carefully!!! With the world changing and the unknowns of COVID -19, we are having to adapt to a new way of doing business at this time. Our goal is still to offer the best services we can, while at the same time keeping our guests and our family safe in doing so. Please know that we might need to add or take away different polices as we all work through these hard times together. Below are some new polices that we are adding.
1) As you know, all guests (with the exception of your individual companion) will need to stay at least 6 feet apart from other each other at all times. 2) Your room will be empty at least 1 day prior to arrival. This will give us plenty of time to properly clean and sanitize your cabin between guests, having it safe and ready for you to enjoy. 3) Breakfast will be delivered to your suite each morning at no extra charge. Breakfast choices could be limited on availability of products. (Our main house and dining room will be closed until further notice) 4) Room tidies: We will be happy to drop off fresh supplies of towels, soap, toilet paper... to your suite, as needed. However, please note we will NOT personally be entering your suite, once you arrive. (If you have questions, please feel free to give us a call.) 5) Our snack area will also be CLOSED at this time, due to health and safety concerns. Therefore, we will not have unlimited snacks during your stay. However, either upon arrival or sometime during your stay we will deliver something yummy!. (**We will not have ice available, but please feel free to bring a cooler and grab a bag on your way to Branson). 6) Check in/out will be done with no physical contact. But, no worries! We will give you directions and make sure you are up-to-date on any policy changes. We look forward to providing you a safe and enjoyable stay!
