OUR POLICY
Coppertoppe has moderate cancellation policies which may be more liberal than an OTA. Our policy is that if you have reserved one room and cancel more than two weeks before the date of arrival, you only pay a $35 cancellation fee. From two weeks to five days before your scheduled visit, if you cancel, you forfeit your deposit. For fewer than five days or a no-show, you forfeit the whole reservation. HOWEVER! If you need to reschedule, at least a few days in advance, we will change the date without penalty. If you don’t have the new date set, we will issue you a gift certificate (good for six months) for your deposit. You can give this gift certificate to someone else if you cannot schedule a trip within that period. Why? Why do we do this? This is not typical business practice – we’re not just doing this B&B for the money. Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat’s mission is to provide a serene, luxurious retreat where guests are pampered and appreciated.
If anyone in our household or any of our employees or contractors is ill or has knowingly been exposed, they will not come to work or have any contact with guests. Call us to reschedule or cancel without a fee if anyone in your household is sick. Please be sure to contact us directly. |
