Coppertoppe is a three-room bed and breakfast in the historic village of Hebron in central New Hampshire. It is a modern home with marble bathrooms, sliders, and picture windows with views of Newfound Lake and the White Mountains from every room.

Thank you for making your reservation with us directly! Please enter your dates, and then select your lodging below. If you have any special needs or timing questions, please call us. When we confirm your reservation, you will receive a series of automatic emails and/or payment receipts. This includes a confirmation email with guest information questions and an attached interactive PDF. There is also a reminder that the balance is due three days before arrival (with a link to pay). Coppertoppe offers comfortable elegance with modern convenience in a timeless setting. Each room or suite has a private bathroom, free Wi-Fi/Ethernet/cable, AC, a fridge, a towel warmer, and the many amenities that earned us three diamonds on AAA and five stars on TripAdvisor.

Breakfast is served to each party according to their preferences, with snacks and beverages available at any time. We ask questions in advance to plan the menu to delight each guest.

The property is a Certified Wildlife Habitat, organically managed. Birders, gardeners, and wildlife observers have much to enjoy here. Cancellation Policy

This policy applies only to reservations you book directly with us. When you book through an OTA/agency, they control you.

OUR POLICY
Coppertoppe has moderate cancellation policies which may be more liberal than an OTA. Our policy is that if you have reserved one room and cancel more than two weeks before the date of arrival, you only pay a $35 cancellation fee. From two weeks to five days before your scheduled visit, if you cancel, you forfeit your deposit. For fewer than five days or a no-show, you forfeit the whole reservation. HOWEVER! If you need to reschedule, at least a few days in advance, we will change the date without penalty. If you don’t have the new date set, we will issue you a gift certificate (good for six months) for your deposit. You can give this gift certificate to someone else if you cannot schedule a trip within that period. Why? Why do we do this? This is not typical business practice – we’re not just doing this B&B for the money. Coppertoppe Inn and Retreat’s mission is to provide a serene, luxurious retreat where guests are pampered and appreciated.

If anyone in our household or any of our employees or contractors is ill or has knowingly been exposed, they will not come to work or have any contact with guests. Call us to reschedule or cancel without a fee if anyone in your household is sick. Please be sure to contact us directly.
