No-Show Policy: No-Shows* will be charged 100% of the amount of a one-night stay.
*Not showing up, and not notifying us via phone call or email in advance.
Check-In: 4:00PM MST
Check-Out: 11:00AM MST
Pet Policy: Pets are prohibited. If pets are in the room there will be a $250 cleaning fee.
Smoking Policy: Smoking is prohibited. Smoking in rooms will result in a $300 cleaning fee.
Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice. Currently our tax is 13.82%.
Our hotel is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service.
We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during your stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your reservation and give us less than 24 hours notice, you will be charged 100% of a one-night stay.
If you do not show up at all (AKA, "No-show"), and do not notify us via phone or email prior to 24 hrs before your scheduled stay with us, you will be charged 100% of your scheduled stay with us.
