We are a small destination inn and unfortunately we do not have the flexibility or marketing strength that larger chain hotels do with regards to cancellations.
Most of our rooms are booked months in advance and as such they are “removed” from availability for guests searching during that time. Late cancellations make it very difficult for us to re-book rooms, even at a steep discount.
We suggest you purchase travel insurance and consider Cancel for Any Reason (CFAR) insurance. Policies can be found for roughly 3 to 5% of the insured amount. Deposit One’s night’s deposit is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable. Your credit card will be charged 1 day after you book so that you might coordinate travel plans. During this time you may cancel without penalty.
Balance due The remaining balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival. A reminder e-mail will be sent with a link to make this payment. Failure to complete this payment on time may result in cancellation of your reservations. No refunds will be given.
Refunds No refund for the deposit amounts will be made unless cancelled within 1 day of the booking date.
No refunds for reservations cancelled or shortened within 30 days of arrival.
No refunds for reservations booked within 30 days of arrival. Full amount due at booking.
Balance payments made more than 30 days in advance of arrival will be refunded if the cancellation is received more than 30 days in advance of arrival. A $25 processing fee will be deducted from your refund,
EXCLUSIONS from 30 day cancellation policy "Weekly rate" You can choose this option at the time of booking and receive 10% off 7 days or more. Balance is due at the time of booking and is non-refundable.
NO REFUNDS during Sturgis Rally week, 4th of July, Buffalo Roundup. Payment is due at the time of reservation.
