Gym Club Suites Policies ~ Check-in hours are between 3pm-7pm daily. Early or late check-in can be arranged by phone in advance.
~ Check-out is 11am. Please request late check out early so that we can re-arrange our cleaning schedule.
~ Holidays and special event days are subject to 2-day minimum stay. They are: Gay Pride weekend (father's day weekend), July 3rd & 4th, Blues Festival (usually 2nd weekend of September), Stairclimb weekend (3rd Saturday of October), Thanksgiving weekend, New Year's eve.
~ Rates - all rates are based on double occupancy; except Suite 201 where rate is for 6 occupants. Additional guest charge is $10/guest/night. A child 1 year or older is considered a guest.
~ No daily maid service - please feel free to call us any time if you need anything, such as ear plugs, additional towels, etc.
~ No smoking (except on decks).
~ NO PETS except for our Pet Friendly Suites 101, 102, 103, 201, 204. Max 2 dogs up to 25 pounds, any others must be pre-approved with us prior to making a reservation.
~ Lost keys: there is a $100 charge for each set of keys not returned.
~ Cancellation policy: ~ Standard 48 Hour Cancellation Policy: We have a 48-Hour Cancellation Policy for each reserved night. Reservations cancelled less than 48 hours prior to 3pm of that night's stay will be billed for that night's stay. For example, a cancellation prior to 3pm on a Wednesday will result in no charge for a Friday & Saturday night weekend stay. A cancellation on Thursday morning will result in a charge for Friday night only. A cancellation on Friday morning will result in a charge for Friday and Saturday nights. Credit cards will be billed 48 hours prior to checkin date.
~ One Week Cancellation Policy (applies to multiple reservations, reservations for more than three days and the follow holidays and special events: Valentine's Day, Memorial Day, Gay Pride weekend, July 4th holiday, Labor Day weekend, Mineshaft Weekend, Blues Festival weekend, Vintage Bisbee Wine Festival weekend, Stair Climb weekend, Halloween, Thanksgiving weekend, New Year's Eve): Reservations cancelled less than 7 days prior to check-in date will be charged for one night's stay.
~ Two-week Cancellation Policy (for guests staying for 30 days or more): a $200 deposit is required. Deposit becomes non refundable if reservation is cancelled less than two weeks from check-in date.
