The Carrick Policies
Check-in/Check-out:
Check-in: 3 PM – 7 PM daily (Early or late check-in/out available by pre-arrangement)
Check-out: 11 AM (Please request late check-out in advance)
Check out is at 11 a.m. Unless previously arranged, extra fees will apply for late check-out.
Please leave the keys in the black box near the elevator on the first floor.
Minimum Stay Requirement:
Weekdays: One night
Weekends, holidays, and special events: Two nights (Exceptions may apply)
Rates:
Based on double occupancy (Except Suite 201, which accommodates up to 6 occupants)
Additional guest charge: $10/guest/night (Child out of the womb is considered a guest)
No Daily Maid Service:
Please call or text for any needs (Weekly cleaning provided for stays longer than a week)
Non-Smoking Policy:
Except on decks and designated smoking area outside the Hotel
We enforce a strict "No Smoking" policy in our suites. Any smoking in the rooms will incur a $100 per day cleaning fee, charged to your credit card on file.
Pet Policy:
We welcome well-mannered pets in our pet friendly rooms. We reserve the right to require immediate removal of any pet that displays dangerous and unacceptable behavior, including but not limited to biting, noise, evidence of disease, urinating or defecation in public areas or guest rooms.
Pets must be leashed when they are outside the guest rooms. If your pet has separation anxiety while alone, we ask that you kennel your pet while you are away from your room and/or need to leave your pet alone behind for an extended time. Reach out to management for use of a kennel.
Pets are permitted only in designated Pet-Friendly Suites. In these suites, a maximum of 2 dogs weighing up to 65 pounds each is allowed.
Pet-Friendly Suites are 101, 102, and 103.
Additionally, the following suites can accommodate pets with manager approval:
201, 204, 302, 303, 401, and 402.
Maximum of 2 animals weighing up to 75 pounds each.
Any additional pets or pets weighing more than 75 pounds must receive prior approval from the management before making a reservation and is subject to additional pet cleaning fee.
A $50 cleaning fee covers accommodation for up to 2 animals.
Undisclosed pets A fee of $100 will be charged to your credit card if evidence of an undisclosed pet is found in the unit.
Guests traveling with their pets will be held responsible for any room or property damage caused by your pet. You will be solely responsible for repair and replacement cost for any property damage caused by your pet. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Hotel from and against liabilities, losses, damages, claims, costs, and expenses relating to any property damage or personal injury caused by your pet.
Lost Keys:
Replacement fee: $100/set
Hotel Service Fee:
$20 per room night (Includes complimentary minibar snacks, non-alcoholic beverages, Direct TV, WiFi, mountain bikes, cruiser bike rentals, and local gym passes)
Reservation and Cancellation Policies
Reservation Deposit:
$100 deposit upon booking (Additional $20/night for each night reserved after the first)
Payment Policy:
Full payment due 48 hours prior to check-in
Major event weekends: Charged 7 days prior.

Cancellations less than 48 hours prior to 3M of the stay will be charged for that night.
Special Event Cancellation Policy (One Week):
Cancellations less than 7 days prior to check-in charged for one night's stay.
Group Reservation Cancellation Policy (14-Day):
Groups booking 3 or more rooms, cancellations less than 14 days prior charged for one night.
Extended Stay Cancellation Policy (Two Weeks):
Reservations for 30 days or more require a $200 deposit.
Deposit becomes nonrefundable if reservation is cancelled less than two weeks from check-in date.
Parking:
Free public parking is provided in the lot across from our building. We have private parking, based on availability, for an additional fee. We are not responsible for theft or damage to your vehicle.
Quiet hours:
Between 10 PM and 8:00 AM, please be mindful of noise levels. Lower the TV volume and ensure all members of your group refrain from running or jumping during these hours to avoid disturbing other guests. The historic nature of The Carrick Hotel means that sound travels easily. Earplugs are provided in the nightstand* and are also available upon request for added comfort. If you encounter any problems with your unit or with your neighboring unit, please inform us promptly. We will endeavor to correct any issues to ensure you have a pleasant stay.
Damage to hotel property - We reserve the right to charge guests for damage caused by deliberate, negligent, or reckless acts. We will attempt to rectify any damage internally before involving specialists, minimizing costs for guests.
NOTICE TO GUESTS
This property is privately owned and management reserves the rights to refuse service to anyone, and will not be responsible for accidents or injury or for loss of money or valuables of any kind. Management is not responsible for any valuables not secured in safety deposit boxes provided in the room. I agree that my liability for the charges is not waived and agree to be held personally liable in the event that the indicated person, company or association fails to pay for any part or the full amount of such charges. Incidental charges are posted and charged to credit card after departure, this includes in room items that were not reported to the Front Desk Agent at the time of check-out, and any property damages caused by guests.
