Rental Agreement

Trout Creek Motel & RV Park is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.

Deposit Policy: A non-refundable deposit of 100% of the first night of your stay is due at the time the reservation is made in order to make/guarantee a reservation. The remaining balance for your reservation total is due upon checking-in. This is for multi room reservations or events. Long term RV, Cabin or Motel rentals will be charged a 25% non-refundable deposit at the time of the reservation. 10 days notice is required for cancellation or an additional 25% will be charged.

Cancellation Policy: We require a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to anticipated arrival. With less than 48 hours notice you will incur a charge for your entire reservation.
10 days notice is required for weddings, reunions and holidays.
14 days notice is required for the Huckleberry Festival or special events when a 2 night minimum is required, or you will incur a charge equal to 2 night stay.

No-Show Policy: No-Show will be charged 100% of the reservation.

Check-in Policy: Begins at 2:00 PM- Early check-in may be available. Please call the front desk for availability.

Check-out Policy: Ends at 11:00 AM- Please call the front desk to check availability for late check-out.
**No refund for early departures. There will also be a fee of $100. for any keys not returned upon check-out.

Pet Policy: Pets are welcome in most rooms at Trout Creek Motel, Cabins & RV Park. A pet fee of $15.00 per night per pet, will be charged at the time of check-in. Please don't leave pets unattended at any time. An additional $100 cleaning fee will be charged for extra cleaning of carpets, comforters and for pets in undeclared pet friendly room.

Damage Policy: Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full. Missing key charge is $ 100.00, locks are changed.

Smoking Policy: ***We are a non-smoking property***
Smoking inside the building will result in a minimum fee of $250.00

Taxes: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.

Discounts: If you have a valid discount to apply to your stay, this must be made over the phone. We cannot accept Passport America discounts online.

Cancellation Policy

ALL RESERVATION DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE ONCE THE BOOKING IS MADE

ONCE YOU BOOK ONLINE IT WILL SEND YOU AN EMAIL WITH, ROOM Number, CABIN Number or RV Site number Along with our paper work to sign.

Cancellation Policy: We take a 1 NIGHT NON-REFUNDABLE deposit to book. We require a notice of cancellation at least 48 hours prior to anticipated arrival still forfeiting the 1 night deposit. Less than 48 hours result in payment in full of entire stay.
