Rental Agreement
Our hotel is a privately held company and we reserve the right to refuse service. We are not responsible for items lost or stolen during you stay with us. We ask you to please make sure your valuables are secured.
DEPOSIT POLICY: A $50 deposit is charged at the time the reservation is made. The balance cost of the stay is charged with in 7 days prior to your arrival.
RESERVATION CANCELLATION CHARGE: You may cancel your reservation within 24 hours of the check in date for a cost of $50. Same day the cancelation fee is 100% of the room cost unless we rebook the room.
NO-SHOW POLICY: No Shows will be charged 100% cost of the room for the 1st night. Any additional nights booked will be canceled.
CHECK-IN POLICY: Check-in begins at 3:00 PM. and ends at 11PM.
Depending on availability, checking in before 3pm is an additional $25.00 charge.
After 11PM a $50.00 Late Check-In Fee will be charged.
CHECK-OUT POLICY: Check-out ends at 11:00 AM.
After 11AM a $50.00 Late Check-Out Fee will be automatically charged per hour.
PET POLICY: No Pets. Guests with pets on the premise will be charge $500 fee.
DAMAGE POLICY: Any damages or stolen items will be charged to the customer in full.
SMOKING POLICY: Smoking is prohibited. Smoking in a non-smoking room will result in a $500 cleaning fee.
TAXES: Applicable taxes subject to change without notice.
PRIVACY POLICIES:
Symphony Hotel, Inc. takes every precaution to protect our customers information. When customers submit sensitive information via our website, it is protected both online and off-line. When our registration/order form asks users to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry; SSL. While on a secure page, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of Web browsers such as Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just "surfing".
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect user information off-line. All of our users' information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservations specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. All employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time new policies are added, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our customers' information is protected. Finally, the servers that we store personally identifiable information on are kept in a secure, locked environment. We guarantee that with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event that you are subject to fraudulent charges as a result of making a reservation at www.symphonyhotel.com, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies only if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using Symphony Hotel, Inc's secure server, and providing that you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures. www.symphonyhotel.com's secure server uses the latest industry standard encryption software (SSL) to protect personal information. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number and name and address, so that it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. You will know that your connection becomes secure during the checkout process by seeing the "S" for "secure" in https://... in your browser's address line.

This Website is provided solely to assist customers in gathering travel information, determining the availability of lodging-related goods and services, making legitimate reservations or otherwise transacting business with the Symphony Hotel and for no other purposes.

Through this standalone hospitality Website, www.symphonyhotel.com provides an online digital marketing and reservations platform and advertises our products and services, and through which visitors to the Website can make reservations and engage or communicate with our business. By making a reservation through www.symphonyhotel.com you enter into a direct and legally binding contractual relationship with The Symphony Hotel. From the point at which you make your reservation and submit the details of your reservation, the Symphony Hotel will send you a confirmation email. Your confirmation email is your contract between The Symphony Hotel and yourself.
Although we will use reasonable skill and care in performing our services we will not verify if, and cannot guarantee that, all information is accurate, complete or correct, nor can we be held responsible for any errors including manifest and typographical errors, any interruptions whether due to any temporary and/or partial breakdown, repair, upgrade or maintenance of www.symphonyhotel.com or otherwise, inaccurate, misleading or untrue information or non-delivery of information.

3. Rates and Lowest Price
The prices or rates on our site are highly competitive. All lodging-related rates on the Website are per room for your entire stay and are displayed including transient or lodging tax and all other taxes per the property, unless stated otherwise on our Website or in the confirmation email.
Sometimes cheaper rates are available at our Website for a specific stay or service at a hospitality business, however, these rates may carry special restrictions and conditions, for example in respect of cancellation and refund. Please check the rate details thoroughly for any such conditions prior to making your reservation.

By making a reservation, you accept and agree to the relevant cancellation and no-show policy of the Symphony Hotel. YOU HEREBY AGREE TO INDEMNIFY, DEFEND AND HOLD THE SITE AND ANY MEMBER OF Symphony Hotel, Inc. Unless stated otherwise, the software required for our services or available at or used by our Website and the intellectual property rights of the contents, information, and material on our Website are owned by Symphony Hotel, Inc.
These terms and conditions and the provision of our services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with United States of America law and any dispute arising out of these general terms and conditions and our services shall exclusively be submitted to the competent courts in the State of Ohio, United States of America.
Your Record of These Terms: We do not separately file the Terms entered into by each user of the Site. Please make a copy of these Terms for your records by printing and/or saving a downloaded copy of these Terms on your personal computer.
No Agency: Our relationship is that of independent contractors, and no agency, partnership, joint venture, employee-employer or franchisor-franchisee relations is intended or created by these Terms or your use of the Site.
If any provision of these terms and conditions is or becomes invalid, unenforceable or non-binding, you shall remain bound by all other provisions hereof.
