Rental Agreement These Terms & Conditions govern all reservations made with Yellowstone Inn, located at 601 US-20, West Yellowstone, MT 59758. By booking a room, you agree to the terms below.
Check-In / Check-Out Check-in is after 3:00 PM. All new reservations use self-check-in — you'll receive your door access code automatically before arrival, and no office check-in is required. Your code remains valid for the duration of your stay. Reservations & Payment Payment for the full duration of your stay is due in full at the time of booking. A valid credit or debit card is required to guarantee your reservation. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express. Rates & Taxes Rates are quoted per room, per night. Montana State bed tax of $2.00 per night is included in your quoted total. Cancellations If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, a minimum of a one-night stay will be charged. If cancellation is made prior to this time, you may receive a refund for your reservation. No refunds for early departures. No-shows will be charged a minimum of a one-night stay plus tax. Quiet Hours Quiet time begins at 10:00 PM. Please keep noise to a minimum out of respect for other guests. Smoking Policy The Yellowstone Inn is entirely non-smoking, including the grounds. This applies to marijuana and e-cigarettes as well. A minimum fee of $250.00/day will be charged for violations of this policy. Pet Policy We do not accept pets. A minimum fee of $250.00/day applies if a pet is brought on-site. Service Animals are welcome. Dogs and other animals — including emotional support animals — are prohibited unless they qualify as service animals under the ADA and Montana Code §49-4-203(2) and §49-4-214. Management reserves the right to ask (1) whether the animal is required due to a disability, and (2) what work or task the animal is trained to perform. Service animals must be housebroken, under control, and properly trained at all times. Misrepresenting an animal as a service animal is a misdemeanor under Montana law (§49-4-214(3)) and may result in legal action. Guest Conduct & Right of Refusal The Yellowstone Inn is privately owned and reserves the right to refuse service to anyone. Any misrepresentation made in connection with a reservation will result in cancellation of that reservation with no refund. Liability The Yellowstone Inn is not responsible for any accidents or injuries occurring during your stay, nor for the loss of money, jewelry, or valuables of any kind.
