Rental Agreement
Check in can be made after 3pm, however, if you are in town early feel free to stop by and maybe we can get you in early. We close our office at 9pm, so if you are going to arrive late make sure and call our office to make late arrival arrangements. Please keep in mind our quiet time starts at 10pm, noise is to be kept to a minimum.
We do accept pets. No pets are to be left unattended in your room, they must go with you. Any damage to the room or cabin caused by your pet will be billed to your credit card.
Deposit Policy: 30% of the entire stay will be charged upfront, and the remaining amount will be due upon check-in if your reservation is made online or through our office.
Any misrepresentation will result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund. The Yellowstone Inn is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Our property is all non smoking this includes E cigarettes, we will charge a minimum of $150.00 for violating our policy.
NOTICE: We are NOT responsible for any and all accidents or injuries to our guests during your stay here at the Yellowstone Inn. We are also NOT responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or any valuable of any kind.
Please note that our bed tax is 1.00 per night which is already included in your total.
Privacy Policies: The Yellowstone Inn takes every precaution to protect our guest’s information. When guests submit sensitive information via the website, the information is protected both online and offline. When our registration/order form asks a guest to enter sensitive information, such as a credit card number, that information is encrypted and is protected with the best encryption software in the industry - SSL. Our servers encrypt all of your personal information including: credit card number, name, and address so it cannot be read as the information travels over the Internet. While on our secure-page reservation order form, the green or yellow lock icon (found on the top left of the web page, at the beginning of the URL or website address bar) on web browsers like Google Chrome, Firefox and Internet Explorer becomes locked, as opposed to unlocked, or open, when you are just ‘surfing’. The locked icon always tells a user they are on a secure page. You will also know your connection becomes secure during the checkout process by seeing the "S" for "secure" in HTTPS://... in your browser's address block.
While we use SSL encryption to protect sensitive information online, we also do everything in our power to protect our guest's information off-line. All of our guest's information, not just the sensitive information mentioned above, is restricted in our offices. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, our billing clerk or a reservation specialist) are granted access to personally identifiable information. ALL employees are kept up-to-date on our security and privacy practices. Every quarter, as well as any time we add new policies, our employees are notified and/or reminded about the importance we place on privacy, and what they can do to ensure our guest's information is protected. Reserving a room at Yellowstone Inn is absolutely safe. We guarantee, with each purchase you make, any personal information you provide is secure. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50 of fraudulent charges. In the unlikely event you are subject to fraudulent charges, as a result of making a reservation through our website, we will cover your liability up to $50. This applies ONLY if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own while using the booking engine’s secure servers AND providing you notified your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.

Cancellation & Privacy Policy
Cancellations: If a cancellation is done within 14 days of your arrival your credit card will still be charged the 30% deposit. If cancellation is done within 24 hours of your arrival a minimum of a one-night stay will be charged. No refund for early departures. No shows will be charged a minimum of a one-night stay plus tax.
