Check in is after 3pm. We close our office at 9pm, so if you are going to arrive late make sure and call our office to make late arrival arrangements. Please keep in mind our quiet time starts at 10pm, noise is to be kept to a minimum.

Our property is all NON-SMOKING, including the grounds. This includes Marijuana and E cigarettes. We will charge a minimum of $150.00 for violating our policy.

We do accept pets. The Pet fee is $10 per pet, per night. No pets are to be left unattended in your room, they must go with you. Any damage to the room or cabin caused by your pet will be billed to your credit card on file.
UNDECLARED PET FEE: $100 per pet. You will also be billed for any cleaning, maintenance or damages for your undeclared pet.
What is an undeclared pet? If you have your animal of ANY KIND with you in your room, and have not informed us, this is considered an undeclared pet.

DEPOSIT POLICY: When you reserve your room online, your card will be billed for the FIRST NIGHT of your stay. The remainder/balance of your online reservation will be due upon check-in.

Any misrepresentation will result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund. The Yellowstone Inn is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
NOTICE: We are NOT responsible for any and all accidents or injuries to our guests during your stay here at the Yellowstone Inn. We are also NOT responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or any valuable of any kind.

BED TAX: Please note that Montana State bed tax is $2.00 per night. This is already included in your total.

Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, a minimum of a one-night stay will be charged. If cancellation is made prior to this time, you may receive a refund for your reservation. No refunds for early departures. No-shows will be charged a minimum of a one-night stay plus tax.
