Rental Agreement

Check in is after 3pm. New reservations have been switched to self-check-in. You will automatically be given the access code to your room before your arrival and no office check-in is required. The door code will be valid for the duration of your stay. Please keep in mind our quiet time starts at 10pm, noise is to be kept to a minimum.

Our property is all NON-SMOKING, including the grounds. This includes Marijuana and E cigarettes. We will charge a minimum of $250.00/day for violating our policy.

We do not accept pets. a $250/day minimum fee applies if pets are brought on site.

Service animals are allowed. Dogs and other animals, including emotional support animals, are prohibited unless they are service animals under the ADA and Montana Code section 49-4-203(2) & Section 214.

Management reserves the right to ask:
1. Is the animal required due to a disability?
2. What work or task is the animal trained to perform?
Service animals must be housebroken, under control, and properly trained. Misrepresentation is a misdemeanor under Montana Law(Section 49-4-214(3)) and may result in legal action.

Payment for the duration of your stay is due in FULL upon booking your reservation.

Rooms canceled prior to 7 days of your stay may receive a refund. Rooms canceled within 7 days may receive a refund, minus your first night stay. There is no refund for early checkout.

Any misrepresentation will result in the cancellation of your reservation with no refund. The Yellowstone Inn is privately owned and we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

NOTICE: We are NOT responsible for any and all accidents or injuries to our guests during your stay here at the Yellowstone Inn. We are also NOT responsible for any loss of money, jewelry, or any valuable of any kind.

BED TAX: Please note that Montana State bed tax is $2.00 per night. This is already included in your total.

Cancellation & Privacy Policy

Cancellations: If you cancel your reservation within 7 days of your arrival, a minimum of a one-night stay will be charged. If cancellation is made prior to this time, you may receive a refund for your reservation. No refunds for early departures. No-shows will be charged a minimum of a one-night stay plus tax.
