Terms and Conditions
The online reservation system will charge your credit card a $100.00 non-refundable deposit or be used to hold the reservation until payment is received. The balance must be paid by cash, check, money order, or by credit within 14 (fourteen) days of making your reservation to avoid cancellation. Complete mailing instructions for your payment will be e-mailed to you upon completion of your online booking.
No refunds are given after check-in. Reservations and reservation dates are non-transferable.
All holidays, special events, and most weekends require minimum night stays.
All cancellations must be submitted 14 (fourteen) days or more before your scheduled arrival. Please e-mail cancellations to theculvercottage@gmail.com.
All cancellations will incur a cancellation fee. Some refunds may be in the form of a credit for The Culver Cottage.
Absolutely no refunds for cancellations less than 14 (fourteen) days before the scheduled arrival.

Standard Refund policy
Cancellations providing more than 30 days notice will be refunded minus a $100.00 cancellation fee per room.
Cancellations providing less than 14 days notice are considered non-cancellable and are non-refundable.
Special event refund policy
Special events include CMA Fall and Spring Parent's Weekend, CMA Reunion and Homecoming, CMA Graduation
All special event reservations must be paid in full 60 days prior to event and non refundable
