Rental Agreement
Since we guarantee your reservation, rooms are not held without a deposit. Once we reserve a room for you, we remove it from the market, refusing all other requests. For this reason, we are unable to make exceptions to our cancellation policy. If this is a concern for you, we highly recommend that you consider travel insurance, which is widely available and will compensate you in the event that unforeseen circumstances or family emergencies disrupt your plans.
Full payment is due at check-in.
Cancellation Policy
We are sorry if you have to cancel your reservation and we will do whatever we can to accommodate you.
Please let us know as soon as possible if you must cancel your reservation. However, the following policy is in effect for all cancellations:
Guest may cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival.
The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 2 days before arrival.
If a Guest does not arrive by Midnight the night of their reservation they will be considered a "No Show" charged the cost of the first night.
No Show reservations may not be guaranteed a room for the night and the entire reservation is cancelled.
If a Guest is considered a "No Show" on the first night of the reservation, add following dates are cancelled.
Changing reservation dates within 2 days before arrival will be treated the same as a cancellation.
Groups, Holidays and Special Event Weekends require a longer cancellation notice.
For reservations with three or more rooms, cancellations must be made 15 days before arrival date (21 days notice for holidays & special event weekends).
The guest will be charged the cost of the first night if they cancel within 2 days before arrival.
There are no refunds for early departure.
Guest will be charged for the their entire stay at the time of check in.
Early check-in and late check-out fees may apply.
Early check-in and late check-ins require approval from the Inn Keeper.
