Rental Agreement Please refer to our website for a review of our Rental Agreement. Cancellation Policy Please let us know as soon as possible if your plan is changed. No shows or cancellations made 30 days or less in advance forfeit the reservation deposit. Cancellations made prior to 30 days of your reservation are refundable minus 5 percent credit card cancellation fee. Holiday season cancellations, between December 16th and January 6th, are non-refundable if not cancelled more than 42 days in advance.

5% discount for 5+ nights
Rates do not include a standard 7% hotel tax and any other extras.
Rates are per Casita for a single or double occupancy.
All rates are based on 2-day minimum stay and include a home-cooked breakfast each morning provided at the main house.
Reserved individually or as a group, our published rates are for individual Casitas with one-two guests for a minimum two nights stay.
Accommodation for up to four guests per Casita is available for an additional $50 per guest.
Reservation of more than one Casita at a time is welcome.
At this time, only three of the four Casitas are available to the Bed and Breakfast, as Casita #4 is held by the family.
When making reservations please provide the total number of guests in order to make additional sleeping provisions or adjust the reservation to include multiple casitas. No additional guests are allowed to visit the property without a valid reservation. The privacy and security of our guests and our home is very important to us. Once your reservation is confirmed, a deposit payment is required equivalent to the first night’s stay. Payment may be made by credit card or PayPal. The remainder of your payment is due upon your arrival to 4 Casitas. If you would like to reserve a private massage, please consider this one week prior to the service.
When paying the balance with credit card or PayPal, please have the necessary information available at arrival.
We have a specified parking area adjacent to the Casitas.
