Cancellation Policy & Deposit
PLEASE NOTE OUR UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY: By submitting your reservation we are agreeing to hold a room for you at the current rate and you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and house rules:
- a non-refundable DEPOSIT of 50% will be applied for reservations 30 days prior or less.
- for one night reservations, the entire amount will be applied and non-refundable
- for reservations 10 Nights+ or for multiple room reservations - no less than 45 days prior to arrival
The deposit is charged to your credit card 30 days prior to your stay. The balance is due in full upon check-in and is payable in cash, travelers cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. No personal checks accepted.

House Rules: No Smoking. A $250 service fee will be applied to the credit card on file if either rule is broken.
