Cancellation Policies

GENERAL CANCELLATION POLICY

Greater than 14 days from check-in (2.00pm): Full refund (excluding admin and merchant fees).
Less than 14 days: 50% refund less first night's rate (excluding admin and merchant fees).
Less than 7 days: No refund.

COVID19 CANCELLATION POLICY

Guests can transfer their booking to a future date (subject to availability) or cancel their booking and request a refund (less admin and merchant fees) with 48 hours' notice from check-in.
