21 DAY notice prior to your arrival date
Cancelation fee is $50 Reservation Arriving from Memorial day to Labor Day
Cancelation fee is $30 all other times

Should your plans change and we are notified with LESS than a 21 day notice
there will be NO REFUND
Basic Non Refundable & Last Minute (less than 21 days) reservation are Non Refundable..
For Apartments the cancelation policy is as follows:
a 30 DAY notice... prior to the arrival date is required with a $300.00 handling fee.
Should your plans change and we are notified with LESS than the 30 days there will be
NO REFUND
