Cancelation:

By confirming a reservation you have a
7 day window where a cancelation may
be made free of charge. This does not
apply to last minute bookings made
within 24 hours of arrival. 50% of the
total reservation amount will be charged
after 7 days of making the reservation.
This is non refundable. All cancelations
made within 24 hours of arrival will be
charged the full amount. In addition, a
reservation made within 24 hours of
arrival will be charged the full amount
at any time and is non refundable.

Change of dates:

Any change of dates are permitted free
of charge until 24 hours of arrival. A
shorter stay or a "downgrade"
to a cheaper room is not permitted.

We understand that our cancelation
policies may seem strict, however being
a small hotel with only 10 rooms we
cannot afford last minute cancelations or
changes. Therefore we kindly ask you to
review your selection carefully prior to
confirming a reservation. Also if your
flight is delayed, cancelled or if you must
make any changes to your reservation
please let us know regardless as soon
as possible as we may be able to re-book
you or hold your room until you arrive.
