Payment in full is due at check-in.

Arena del Mar reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and will not be responsible for accidents or injury to guests or for the loss of money or valuables of any kind. An additional cleaning fee of up to $50 may be charged for rooms in need of extensive cleaning including pets in non-pet rooms. Smoking in a non smoking room will result in a fee of $50/day.

Arena del Mar requires 48 hours notice to cancel a single room. Groups with multiple rooms booked require 7 days notice prior to check in for cancellations.

In the case of a no call no show or a late cancellation, a fee of one night's rental rate plus tax will be charged.

We do not charge a cancellation fee in the case of cancelled tentative clam digging dates during clam digging season.
