RENTAL AGREEMENT ALL TERMS & CONDITIONS: Please read the following Terms & Conditions carefully.
1. MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY PER ROOM: 2 Adults/Couples Only (Loft: 4 Adults/2 Couples)
2. NO UNREGISTERED GUEST ALLOWED ON THE PROPERTY at any time.
3. WE ARE NOT A PARTY HOTEL. Behavior that demonstrates lack of consideration and respect for other guest, our neighbors, or property will result in you being asked to leave without any refund.
4. We will not tolerate any behavior that disrupts other guest, including playing music too loud, arguments or fights,
slamming of doors, etc. We have a "quiet hours" policy after dark.
5. Unfortunately we are not able to accommodate children.
6 .Check-in available between 3:00 - 6:00 pm.
7. Check-out at 11:00 am.
8. Luggage storage available in our Lobby - not responsible for lost/stolen items.
9. No smoking (including vaping) - smoking/vaping permitted outside in designated areas only.
10. Guestroom doors must be kept closed at all times.
11. Coolers must be kept outside.
12. Room Cleaning: as a courtesy to you and your privacy, we do not enter guestrooms during your stay, unless necessary.
13. Room assignment: we make every effort to keep you in the room booked and will email you if a change is required.
14. Non-Bodee's Golf Carts must remain in the designated front parking area at all times.
15. Sorry, no pets allowed.
16. No open flames (ie. candles, incense, etc - except when grilling- grill hours: 9am - 9pm)
17. Loft stove is inoperable.
18. Innkeepers are available from 9:00 - 11:00 am & 3:00 - 6:00 pm

Any violations of the above Terms & Conditions will result in eviction without refund, and any additional fees
will be charged automatically to the card on file if any of the following occur:
ADDITIONAL FEES:
Lost Key $25/key; Smoking Inside (includes vaping) $500; Excessive Cleaning $250 - 1,000
Unregistered guest on the property $200/person;
Destruction of Property billed at replacement value plus shipping
DEPOSIT, BALANCE and CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations and/or changes must be received by email.
50% deposit at the time of booking required. Single nights stays require 100% payment at the time of booking.
Deposits are subject to a 20% cancellation fee. There will be no refunds for cancellations that occur within
fourteen (14) days of arrival date. No refunds for early departures or no shows. We accept Visa, MC, Discover
