PLEASE NOTE OUR UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY:
By submitting your reservation we are agreeing to hold a room for you at the current rate and you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and house rules:

- a non-refundable DEPOSIT of 50% will be applied for reservations 14 days or less prior to check in
- for one night reservations, the entire amount will be applied and non-refundable
- for reservations 10 Nights+ or for multiple room reservations - no less than 45 days prior to arrival
- dogs are allowed but please let us know in advance. A $70 pet fee will be added to your reservation. We love them but No Cats Please

The 50% deposit is charged to your credit card 14 days prior to your stay. The balance is due in full upon check-in and is payable in cash, travelers cheques, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover card. No personal checks accepted. NO REFUNDS will be given for failure to arrive on time regardless of the reason and you are responsible for the balance to be paid in full.

**For Multiple Room Reservations - deposit is applied at least 45 days prior to arrival and the balance is applied 30 days prior to arrival**

House Rules: No Smoking. A $250 service fee will be applied to the credit card on file if either rule is broken.
