Cancellation Policy & Deposit
PLEASE NOTE OUR UPDATED CANCELLATION POLICY:
By submitting your reservation we are agreeing to hold a room for you at the current rate and you are agreeing to our cancellation policy and house rules:
- for 1-to-9-night reservations, the total amount due will be charged and become non-refundable TWO WEEKS PRIOR to your check in date.
- you can cancel without penalty prior to the two weeks from check in.
- for reservations 10 Nights or longer, your total amount will be charged 30 days prior.
**For Multiple Room Reservations - the full amount is due and non-refundable 60 days prior to arrival**
- dogs are allowed but please let us know in advance. A $70 pet fee will be added to your reservation. We love them but No Cats Please
NO REFUNDS DUE TO CANCELLATIONS BECAUSE OF INCLEMENT WEATHER OR EARLY DEPARTURES***
House Rules: No Smoking. A $250 service fee will be applied to the credit card on file if you do
