Lodge Policies
Check-In: 4-10 PM (please do not plan to arrive at lodge prior to 4pm)
Check-Out: 11 AM
If you need a late check out please speak to us. If there is no one coming into same room that day, we will do our best to accommodate you.
We are no longer able to accept any pets. We no longer serve breakfast in the main lodge or stock kitchens with breakfast items. We do not allow smoking in any of our rooms (including e-cigarettes) Smoking is only allowed outside and cigarettes must be disposed of properly.
Children under the age of 16 are not allowed at the dock without a life jacket and an adult. No children under the age of 16 are allowed at the firepit without an adult present.
Reservations: A 50% Deposit is required to guarantee your reservation. If reservation is made during current year for the next summer season, 50% deposit will be due January 1 of the year of planned stay. If reservation is made during the same year of stay, 50% deposit will be due at time of booking. We accept Mastercard, Visa and Discover. Reservations will be held for 10 days if payment to be sent by check.
Cancellations: Should you need to cancel your reservation at anytime after paying the deposit, your deposit less 10% will be refunded to you if cancellation is received more than 60 days prior to arrival or you can put your deposit towards a future trip. 50% refunds will be given for cancellations less than 60 days prior to your arrival. No refunds will be given for cancellations less than one week before arrival.. All refunds will be issued in the form in which they are received.
