Rental Agreement Booking Transaction: You are entering into a rental agreement directly with the Wagon Wheel Resort Lake Norfork, LLC.
Hold Harmless: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Wagon Wheel Resort Lake Norfork, LLC and it's associated parties for any liabilities, damage, cost or expense whatsoever arising from or related to any claim in connection with your use and/or occupancy of the Vacation Rental, including, but not limited to, any claim or liability for personal injury, damage, loss of personal belongings or theft of property which is made, incurred or sustained by you and/or anyone you invite to the Wagon Wheel Resort as your guest.
Deposit and Cancellation Policies
Reservations are secured by providing valid debit or credit card information and paying a deposit amount of 30% of the reservation total. The remaining balance of an online reservation will be due upon arrival. If making a reservation request, the 30% deposit payment must me made within (1) week of the request before your request will be removed from the calendar.
Please understand we are a seasonal small business and cancellations should only be made under extreme emergency circumstances, not for personal convenience.
Cancellations may be made up to 30 days in advance will receive the deposit refund, less a $25 re-booking fee.
Cancellations not made prior to 30 days in advance will forfeit the deposit amount of 30% of the reservation total, plus an additional $25 re-booking fee UNLESS the cabin is able to be re-rented for the for full length of stay, in which case, the deposit amount, less the $25 re-booking fee will be refunded.
Reservations can be transferred to a later date within the same calendar year.
In the event someone in the party has had a COVID-19 exposure, has COVID-19 related symptoms, or has been tested for COVID-19 but has not received test results back, that person may not travel with the party. If this is an immediate family member, a transfer of reservation dates will be granted. Under specific circumstances, a full refund may be granted if both parties are unable to reach an agreed upon transfer date.
Reservations made within the same week of your stay must be paid in full upon reservation
Refunds are not granted for early departures
Reservations can be made up to one year in advance

General Stay Policies
Check-in is after 3:00pm, check out is 10:00am. Early arrivals or late departures must be pre-approved by the Wagon Wheel Resort, WILL NOT be granted during peak season (Memorial Day-Labor Day) and WILL incur an additional charge. Early check-in/Late check-out $15/hour, 2 hour max.
The Wagon Wheel Resort cabins are all NON SMOKING OR VAPING. Smoking/Vaping is permitted on porches. Please dispose of your cigarette butts in provided ash trays. If you smoke in our cabins, we will charge a $250 cleaning fee.
Maximum guests/per cabin is not a suggestion, but a firm policy. Maximum occupancy for each cabin is disclosed on our reservation page and our website. Failure to adhere to maximum guest policies will result in an immediate vacate of the property.
f you are bringing a pet, please let your hosts know before you arrive; you must review our pet policy prior to your arrival and pay all pet fees. $15/pet/night. Maximum 1-2 pets/cabin. Pet weight cannot total more than 80lbs. Pets are not allowed in Cabin 7.
Please do not remove any items from our cabins; inform us if anything is damaged during your stay; do not use our towels to clean up spills, remove make-up, or for lake purposes. Cost of the item fees will incur for damaged, broken, lost, or stolen items!
All guests must be respectful of other guests, the resort property, and our personal items. Clean up after yourselves; leave things as they were found. An excessive cleaning fee of $50 will be charged for failure to leave the cabin in the condition it was in when you arrived.
The name of the guest the reservation is under is responsible for all other guests in his/her party.
Parking is limited to 2 spaces/cabin (3 for cabins 7 & 8), plan accordingly
Do not pour grease down sinks; do not flush any items other than toilet paper; do not light grills under covered areas
Pet Policy
Only well behaved, well trained, quiet, minimally furry pets allowed
Pet convenience fees are $15/pet/night or $90/pet/week plus tax
Limit 1-2 pets/cabin, depending upon cabin and pet size (80lbs total max)
All pets must be on a leash when out and about on our property.
Pets must be kept in a crate if they are left in the cabin alone!
Pets MUST be potty trained (no pee pads)!
Wagon Wheel Resort must be made aware of your pet(s) staying prior to your arrival.
Pets may not be left unattended on our property - if we see your pet we had better see you!
Please clean up after your pets outdoors – dispose of their business in our dumpster
Please troubleshoot any foreseen damage that can be done by your pets (i.e. lift blinds if necessary, choose a cabin without screened porch if necessary, etc.)
Absolutely no pets are allowed in Cabin 7
We reserve the right to charge our guests for any damage done to our property by their pets
