Rental Agreement You are obligated to pay reservation price, taxes, and fees without signing a receipt.
. Check in Time is 4:00 pm. Check out is 11:00 am. Earlier check in time if possible, but extra fee will be charged. Kitchenette means (no stove top) but has a fridge, microwave and some rooms have kitchen sinks. Coffee pots with coffee, cups, sugar and powdered creamer are available in all rooms. No plates, silverware etc. are provided by Hankinson Inn.
North Dakota State Law PROHIBITS smoking (including the use of e-cigarettes) indoors and within 20 feet of an entrance or window N.D.C.C. 23-12-9 to 23-12-12. A $400.00 fine will be charged to your reservation if smoking occurs at the Inn.
Damage charges may apply: Excessive cleaning charge, furniture and/or wall damage, pets in the room and/or smoking in the room.
Visa-Discover-MasterCard Accepted. No personal checks.
Cancellation Policy As a small inn dealing almost exclusively with advance reservations, date changes and cancellations affect us significantly. The Hankinson Inn requires and appreciates a 48 hour notice of any change or cancellations to a Regular Reservation a 72 hour notice of any changes or cancellations to a Wedding, Holiday or Event Reservation. This would include (and is not limited to) a change of dates, change in number of nights, or cancellation. As long as notice is given within 48 hours or 72 hours depending on type of reservation, the Hankinson Inn will refund your payment, less $25.00 processing fee per room. Without this notice, payments are not returned.
