Inn Policies
CHECK IN: 4:00 - 6:00 PM / CHECK OUT: 11:00 AM
Inn Particulars:
*Guest rooms accommodate a maximum of 2 guests per room.
*Children 12 years of age and older are welcome at the inn and are included in the total number of guests allowed per room.
*Guest rooms and common areas are available for the use and enjoyment of overnight guests only.
*Meals are not included or provided.
*The inn offers pet free accommodations. No pets are allowed.
*Smoking is not permitted at the inn.
*Recreational Marijuana consumption of any type is strictly prohibited.
*Candle and/or incense burning is not allowed.
*Guests are responsible for additional cleaning fees and/or damages resulting from non-compliance to the above policies.
Reservation & Cancellation Policy
Reservations are required and guaranteed with a deposit of 50 percents of the stay or one night (whichever is greater).
A cancellation fee equivalent to one night of lodging will be applied to single reservations canceled with more than 14 days notice.
Guests canceling within 14 days of arrival are responsible for the full cost of their intended stay.
During certain high demand / peak travel periods reservations may be 100% non-refundable. Guests will be advised in writing if their reservation falls during a non-refundable time-frame and allowed 24 hours after notification to cancel free of charge.
When 2 or more guest rooms are reserved at the inn by guests traveling together, deposits are non-refundable and guests will be responsible for the entire amount of their intended stay should a cancellation occur with 28 days or less notice.
Visa, MasterCard, Discover and Cash are accepted forms of payment.
Travel Insurance is highly recommended.
Special Packages require a 72 hour advance notice and are non-refundable.
