Normal Cancellation Policy:

*Cancellations received 30 days or more before scheduled arrival date will result in a $35 cancellation fee per cottage reserved.
*Cancellations received with less than 30 days notice will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to a two night stay.
*Cancellations received after 3pm the day before arrival and "No shows" will result in a cancellation fee equivalent to the amount of the entire booking.
*Partial cancellations fees may be imposed if the confirmed dates are reduced.
*No refunds will be given for early departures.
