Policies

Deposit due at time of reservation - approximately 1/3 of the cost of your stay.

Cash, Travelers Checks, Visa & MasterCard are accepted

Cancellations must be made at least 14 (fourteen) days prior to date of arrival to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If reservation is cancelled after 4:00 pm - 7 (seven) days prior to your date of arrival your full stay will be charged.

Special Event weekends have a 30 Day cancellation policy to avoid forfeiture of deposit. If cancelled 14 days or less prior to your arrival your full stay will be charged.


Check-in is between 3:00 pm - 8:00 pm (please contact us if earlier/later check in is needed) We can set you up for a self check in/check out if you would like

Sorry, no pets. Due to some issues that arose we can no longer accept pets. There are several boarding kennels in the area.

Per state law, this is a non- smoking facility. Smoking is in an outdoor designated area only - 100 feet from the buildings, per state law. You are required to sign the non-smoking policy. If someone smokes in the room, there is a $250.00 fee to have the suite deep cleaned.

Roll-away beds, cots, etc. are not available
