Cancellation Policy
We must receive written notification of any cancellations at least 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation for a refund, less a 10% service fee. There are no refunds for cancellations made less than 14 days prior to the first day of the reservation, late arrivals, early departures, or for any other reason. No shows or early departures due to weather or any other circumstances are considered non-refundable cancellations. Failure to notify our office directly by replying to your confirmation email that you will not check in on your scheduled arrival date will result in an automatic cancellation of the remainder of the reservation without refund and you will be responsible for any balance due on your account. You must request any changes to a reservation directly with our office. We strictly adhere to our cancellation policy. When you make a reservation, you acknowledge this policy.
