** One Daily Grounds Fee (aka Day Fee) is charged for each night of you stay per Couple/Family or Single to cover your use of the grounds to include the pool, hot tub, walking trails, clubhouse, and activities. **Please note that day fee is not included on reservation total.**

ALL RENTALS:
- Require a Credit Card to hold the reservation and agreement of cancellation policy.
- Require agreement of No Pet Policy for Platform Tents, Basic and Deluxe Cabins, Buff RV, and Club RV Rentals.
- After-hour Check-in available for returning guests and visitors, IF arrangements are made before the close of business day on the day or check-in.
- First-time guests and visitors staying overnight MUST check-in with Office Staff BEFORE the close of business day.
- CHECK IN: 2:00 pm; CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
