Daily Grounds Fees (w/out taxes)*
Couple/Family - $43.81 / per Day
Singles - $46.67 / per Day

* If you are a member of AANR, you receive a discount on day fees. To receive this discount, you must present your AANR card at check-in.

RENTAL RATES: (w/out taxes) (Without Daily Grounds Fees - daily grounds fees are also due when renting)**
Basic Cabin - $65.00 / per Night
Deluxe Cabin - $100.00 / per Night
Buff RV - $120.00 / per Night
Club Rental RV - $80.50 / per Night
RV Sites-Kiawah - $38.50 / per Night
RV Sites-Catalina - $55.00 / per Night (Sites D - G, paved)
RV Sites-Catalina - $38.50 / per Night (sites A & B, not paved, no sewer hook-up)
RV Sites-Poolside - $49.50 / per Night
Platform Tent Sites - $40.00 or $45.00 / per Night
Tent Site - $22.00 / per Night
Pop Up / Tent Site - $27.50 / per Night

** One Day Guest Fee is charged for each night you stay with us to cover your use of the grounds to include the pool, hot tub, walking trails, clubhouse, and activities. **Please note that day fee is not included on reservation total.**

ALL RENTALS:
- Require a Credit Card to hold the reservation and agreement of cancellation policy.
- Require agreement of No Pet Policy for Platform Tents, Basic and Deluxe Cabins, Buff RV, and Club RV Rentals.
- After-hour Check-in available for returning guests and visitors, IF arrangements are made before the close of business day on the day or check-in.
- First-time guests and visitors staying overnight MUST check-in with Office Staff BEFORE the close of business day.
- CHECK IN: 2:00 pm; CHECK-OUT: 11:00 am
