We are so happy you chose us to be your host here in Seward! Please be advised of our property policies and procedures: 1) There is no smoking permitted at this property. There will be a $500 fee for smoking in the rental or on the grounds. 2) There are no pets permitted at this property. There is a $500 fine for any unpermitted pets on the premises. 3) It is required that all guests are mindful and respectful of other guests between the hours of 7am and 9pm (of course this does not apply to those of you renting a private vacation home). There is a $500 fine for after hour disorderly disturbances. Guests are responsible to pay for any damages incurred during their stay.

Cancellations need to take place two weeks prior to arrival. If cancellation should occur thereafter, your card will be charged 50% of the total amount due. All cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to your arrival date will be non- refundable. We will make every effort to re-book the rental. There will be a $25.00 non refundable office fee for all cancellations.
