For reservations booked directly with Coastal Heritage Accommodations:
• Cancel 8 weeks prior for a full refund (minus $25 office fee)
• Less than 8 weeks: 50% refund
• Less than 4 weeks: Non-refundable
• Third-party bookings follow their platform’s policy
