Cancellation Policy

Dear friends, we are a small inn and every room rental helps keep us here for you. Unlike the large corporate hotels, we are unable to allow cancellations within 30 days of your reservation. If you find you will not be able to occupy your room for the dates you are purchasing, please let us know as soon as possible so we can try to re-book your room. Although you are responsible for any dates you have booked, if we are able to re-book any portion of your stay, we will be able to refund that portion of your prepaid booking less a $50 cancellation fee. Please do not be a No-Show, as you will be fully responsible for the entire stay. We are sometimes able to re-book rooms even at the last minute. Thank you for your understanding.
