Guests stay at the Elkhorn Inn at their own risk. The Elkhorn Inn is not responsible for guest's belongings or vehicles. Guests are financially responsible for any damages they do, their children do, or their pets do, to the Elkhorn Inn and our property. All guest rooms are non-smoking. Smoking or any open flames (candles, etc.) are strictly prohibited except in designated smoking areas on our outdoor patio and balcony.

The Elkhorn Inn has a one-week notice cancellation policy for a refund (two-week's notice required during holiday and festival periods) due to extremely limited lodging in this area.
