Please review all information including house rules and regulations

A five dollar non-refundable deposit will charged at the time you make the reservation. This deposit will go towards your stay.

If a credit card is not provided or declines we will not be able to process your request. Please note that even if you would pay cash at the time of check-in, we still must be able to obtain a pre-authorization using the cc number you provided. Your room WILL BE released if we cannot get a pre-authorization.
Cancellation Policy: You must cancel 48 hours prior to your arrival day or you will be charged for the first night.

House Rules and Regulations

Check In - 4:00 p.m until 10 p.m.. Check Out - 11:00 a.m.

Pets: SORRY, WE DO NOT ALLOW PETS on the property.
Having a pet on property or finding pet hairs in the room will result in a charge of no less than $100.

Smoking or having the smell of smoke in the room upon check out will result in a cleaning fee of no less than $100.
There is no smoking allowed on the decks or within 20' of the building. Violators will be asked to leave the property and the night's stay will be retained by the motel.

Rates: are for up to two people. Each additional person pays an extra charge.
Maximum Occupancy: Two people in rooms with one bed and four people in rooms with two beds including children. All guests must disclose true number of people in their party. Any false information will result in occupancy termination without refund.
No parties: We strive to make your vacation a pleasant memory. We care about all our guests, therefore our rooms are for lodging use only.
Upon Arrival: Please check your unit, every effort is made to see that your unit is cleaned and undamaged before your arrival. If this is not the case, please report all discrepancies immediately to our office to insure that the problem is resolved and that you will not be held responsible.
