Cancellation Policy

We are a small family run inn and cancellations have a significant impact on our business. We ask that guests carefully review the following policies:

Individual Room Reservations
• Cancellations made 8 days or more before arrival will receive a refund on payment if made.
• Cancellations made with less than 8 days’ notice are responsible for the full stay unless the room can be re rented.

Multiple Room Reservations (3 or more rooms)
• Cancellations made 45 days or more before arrival will incur a $50 cancellation fee.
• Cancellations made with less than 45 days’ notice are non refundable, unless all rooms can be rebooked for the same dates.
• A 50% non refundable deposit may be required at the time of booking for group reservations.

General Notes
• Early departures are considered cancellations and are non refundable.
• All cancellations must be made in writing by text or email and confirmed by the innkeepers.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
