Lake Ripley Lodge – Rental Agreement & Cancellation Policy
We are a small, family run inn, and cancellations have a significant impact on our business. Please review the following terms before completing your reservation.
Lake Ripley Lodge offers two types of reservations: Individual Room Reservations and Multiple Room Reservations (3 or more rooms). Each type has its own payment schedule and cancellation terms, outlined below.
Please review the section that applies to your booking to understand deposit requirements, payment timing, and cancellation rules.
Individual Room Reservations
• Payment is required once your reservation is confirmed by the innkeepers.
• Cancellations made 8 days or more before arrival will receive a refund of any payment made.
• Cancellations made with less than 8 days’ notice are responsible for the full stay.
Multiple Room Reservations (3 or more rooms)
• A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking for multiple room reservations.
• The remaining balance is due 45 days prior to the arrival date.
• If a multiple reservation is made within 45 days of the arrival date, the full balance is due at the time of booking.
• Cancellations made with less than 45 days’ notice are non-refundable.
General Notes
• Early departures are considered cancellations and are non refundable.
• All cancellations must be made in writing (text or email) and confirmed by the innkeepers.
• We strongly recommend travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Check In & Check Out
• Check in is from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
• Arrivals after 7:00 PM must be confirmed with the innkeepers.
• Early arrival after 3:00 PM is available for $25 per hour.
• Self check in must be arranged ahead of time.
• Check out is 11:00 AM; late check out is $25 per hour with prior approval.
House Rules
• No smoking inside the Lodge or on the Porch.
• No pets of any kind.
• No candles or open flames in guest rooms or anywhere inside the lodge.
• For children under 2 years please inform innkeepers
• The Porch and Grand Room are shared public spaces and may be used by all guests.
• Guests are responsible for any damages or excessive cleaning required during their stay.
Your booking request is not confirmed until you receive an email confirmation from us.
