Restaurant Cancellation Policy
You acknowledge that all guests are over 15 years of age and agree to our cancellation policy and rules below:
Due to our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. With the exception of special events (ie New Years Eve) please give us 48 hrs notice with any cancellation. Please note that all regular reservations for more than 6 adults require a $10US per person deposit which will be processed and confirmed prior to arrival. Deposits will be applied to your final bill. Deposits are refundable up to 48hrs prior to the reservation to the credit card on file less a processing fee.
Additionally during breakfast, lunch and dinner there is a minimum per person spend of $35 US and $50US respectively.
Please note restaurant reservations do not allow access to other areas of our property or pool.
All bills must be paid in full by credit card before leaving property.
NEW YEARS EVE and special event payment and cancellation policy: For special events we require payment in full at the time of booking. Cancellations 14 days prior to the event are refundable less service charge. Cancellations within 14 days of the event are not refundable.

We have taken enhanced safety measures for you, other guests and our team, and you are required to follow all posted safety regulations at Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel. Failure to abide by these safety regulations will cause for an immediate expulsion from the property without any refund or remuneration. An inherent risk to exposure exists in any place where people are present. COVID-19 is an extremely dangerous disease which can lead to severe illness and death. Older adults and those with medical health risks are extremely susceptible. By visiting Caille Blanc Villa & Hotel, you and your guests voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure of Covid-19.
